May 17, 2007Dear Brothers & Sisters in Christ, under the patronage of Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati,
Members of the Frassati Society of Detroit have planned a pilgrimage "In the Footsteps of Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati" this coming fall, October 29 - November 8th 2007. Fr. Antoine Thomas from the Community of St. John in Princeville, IL ( www.stjean.com) will be our Spiritual Director on the trip. He is our beloved "moutnain climbing" monk with a great love for Blessed Pier Giorgio.

We would love to have our brothers & sisters in the Frassati Societies across North America join us on this journey. Please spread this information to your groups and parishes. A ton of prayer and planning went into this with an objective to keep the costs down. We do not want the cost to keep anyone from participating, so encourage people to fill out the form, send it in, and express whether they need financial aid (and what they may be able to afford). We will do our best to obtain the necessary financial support.
Please pray for this upcoming pilgrimage and that we may be able to support those who cannot afford the trip. We will take the intentions for all the Frassati Societies with us in prayer as well.
